Jeffrey E. Pratt, Esq.

A native of Lakeland, Florida, Mr. Pratt brings over 23 years of experience in handling cases from initial client interview, through the intricate litigation process.  Mr. Pratt has tried more than thirty (30) cases to a jury verdict. Mr. Pratt incorporates unique and innovative litigation and research techniques to develop a strategically aggressive representation for his clients, whether personal injury, family, criminal, general business or other areas of law. 

The majority of Mr. Pratt’s trial experience has been in successfully representing his personal injury clients in the areas of motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability and workers compensation. While no two cases are identical, Mr. Pratt’s firm belief remains that client involvement and counseling on a regular basis create a solid foundation for each and every case.  Mr. Pratt takes a personal interest in each and every client’s unique circumstances, thoroughly examining every page of records relevant to the case, initiating client meetings to discuss the progress of the case, and educating the client and keeping them informed as the case progresses.

In addition to his litigation and jury trial experience, Mr. Pratt has negotiated countless pre-litigation and pre-trial settlements.
